Introduction

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the European Economic Area) to use VdoSaver. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms and that the organisation agrees to be bound by them.
Nature of Service
VdoSaver is a technical intermediary that helps users access publicly available video stream URLs for personal download. Specifically:
- •VdoSaver does not host, store, or serve any video content on its own infrastructure
- •VdoSaver does not extract or bypass paywalled, subscription-only, or access-restricted content
- •The Service acts as a technical utility for accessing publicly accessible video streams
- •VdoSaver cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability as it depends on Source Platform infrastructure and APIs
Permitted Use
You may use VdoSaver to download videos only in circumstances where you have a legal right to do so, including:
- •Content you own the copyright to or for which the creator has given explicit permission to download
- •Content released under a Creative Commons licence or other open licence that permits downloading and use
- •Your own videos uploaded to a Source Platform, downloaded for personal backup purposes
- •Content that is explicitly in the public domain
Prohibited Uses
You must NOT use VdoSaver to:
- •Download copyrighted content without the authorisation of the rights holder
- •Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) systems or access controls
- •Download, distribute, or possess child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any illegal content
- •Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit downloaded content without authorisation
- •Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to make excessive requests to the Service
- •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying infrastructure of VdoSaver
- •Violate the Terms of Service of any Source Platform from which content is downloaded
- •Download content for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or targeted abuse of any individual
Copyright & Intellectual Property
- •All video content accessible through VdoSaver belongs to its respective rights holders. VdoSaver claims no ownership over any Content downloaded via the Service.
- •The VdoSaver name, logo, website design, and underlying code are owned by VdoSaver and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without written permission.
- •To report copyright infringement (DMCA or equivalent notice), contact us at hello@vdosaver.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". We will respond promptly.
Third-Party Platform Terms
VdoSaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, X Corp (formerly Twitter), Vimeo, Dailymotion, or any other Source Platform. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.
Each Source Platform has its own Terms of Service that govern the use of its content. By using VdoSaver, you agree to independently review and comply with the Terms of Service of any Source Platform from which you download content. VdoSaver has no control over and accepts no responsibility for those terms.
Advertising
- •VdoSaver is supported by advertising. Ads may be displayed on the site by third-party ad networks including Google AdSense.
- •We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements. Any interaction with ads is at your own risk.

We may introduce paid, ad-free features in the future. These will be governed by separate terms presented at the time of purchase.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- •Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components
- •Warranties that any particular video URL will be successfully processed or that download links will remain valid
- •Warranties that the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VdoSaver and its operators shall not be liable for:

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees five hundred).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VdoSaver and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block your access to VdoSaver at any time, without notice, in cases including:

- •Abusive automated requests or activity that disrupts the Service or negatively impacts other users
- •Illegal use of the Service or use that puts VdoSaver at legal risk
We may also discontinue the Service entirely at any time at our discretion. Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and intellectual property shall survive any termination.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of VdoSaver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
If you are accessing VdoSaver from outside India, you are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
