Video URLs & Content
- •VdoSaver does not cache, mirror, or permanently store any video files on its servers
- •Video URLs you submit are not logged beyond the duration of your individual request
- •All video data passes briefly through our servers as a technical intermediary and is immediately discarded
- •Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of content they choose to download
Data Retention
- •Server logs — retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes, then automatically deleted
- •Video URLs — deleted immediately after your download request is completed
- •Support emails — retained for up to 2 years to maintain correspondence history
- •Analytics data — anonymised and retained for up to 26 months in aggregate form
